Incredibly photo-realistic! I really love, though, that you kept the little imperfections in (e.g. the freckles on her lip and chin and shoulder, the flyaway hairs, the unequal arch of the hairs on the eyebrows, and her slightly-side-turned nose) that other artists might view as aesthetically displeasing -- and so they omit them-- as they add realism to the girl's natural beauty despite it being a drawing rather than a photo. I'm guessing you did justice to the model. And I bet she really loved it when/if she saw it.
Congratulations on the well-deserved DD! You are an unbelievably wonderful artist!
I'm convinced everyone is beautiful, 'imperfections' are just like fillings on the canvas. The world would be really boring if every person looked the same, besides that the criticism of the perfect face is changing every now and then if you compare thru the centuries. So thank you for noticing and leaving a comment on the fact you love those litte 'imperfactions'. NB everyone has those characteristic birthmarks and if you even look close, hairs everywhere
You know? You rock for saying that. People are beautiful beings, unless they are cold and heartless mean people. But there is and equal amount of both mean and nice people in the world; we need that balance.
NB Yeah, no kidding. I have dark sun freckles dotted here and there around my face and body, but I hate the hair. It bothers me because it's annoying and irritating to my skin, and I don't like the feel of it. Wish my skin was a little smoother, but I can't really change that too easily. Meh. :\
Flawless! I don't even know what to say... Everything about this work is perfect. This what you've done with her hair is simply mind-blowing... Also following your description I'm amazed by its size. This piece comes as the best set of insane skills and patience I've ever seen. I'm lucky one that dA facebook page brought me here, you deserve DD and much more... Chapeau bas!
